RESOLUTION NO. 5349 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br /> FROM THRIFTY CAR RENTAL TO OPERATE AN OUTDOOR RENTAL <br /> OPERATION AT 2975 HIGHWAY 10; PLANNING CASE NO. 562-99 <br /> WHEREAS, Tim Moe, representing Thrifty Car Rental, has applied for a conditional use <br /> permit to operate an outdoor automobile rental facility at 2975 Highway 10, property zoned B-3, <br /> Highway Business Commercial, legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 13 of Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, <br /> Subject to Highway 10 and Spring Lake Road <br /> Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code allows outdoor automobile rental facilities <br /> in the B-3 Highway Business District with the approval of a conditional use permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br /> regarding this proposal: <br /> 1. Planning Application <br /> 2. Zoning Map <br /> 3. Existing Site Plan <br /> 4. Proposed Site Plan, Date-stamped 7/15/99 <br /> 5. Letter from Applicant <br /> 6. Staff Report <br /> 7. Planning Commission Resolution 586-99 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council makes the following findings that the criteria <br /> for approval for automobile rental facilities in Section 1114.04, Subd. 5 have been met: <br /> a. Outside services, sales and equipment rental connected with the principal use is limited <br />
