This segment of roadway not longer serves a function of a County Trunk <br /> Highway. The turn back will be official pending the completion of the recycle and overlay <br /> project currently in progress. Also included in the program and stated in the resolution, is the <br /> City's capability to add the additional turnback mileage to the current Minnesota State Aid <br /> System (MSAS). <br /> Mic ael Ulrich, Director of Public Works <br />
