We find that the storm water storage pond <br /> proposed to be constructed adjacent to the wetland meets the <br /> requirements of City Resolution No. 983. We would recommend that <br /> the outlet pipe from the pond be a 12" reinforced concrete pipe as <br /> : is dictated by the drainage calculations applied by the developers <br /> engineer. We understand that it has been determined that the <br /> existing wetlan.s ex end up to the 90' contour elevation. The developer <br /> proposes to construct a 32 ft. wide street in the Edgewood Drive <br /> right-of-way with extruded bituminous curbs.
