Resolution 5377 <br /> October 25, 1999 <br /> Page 2 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council agrees to allow for such driveway <br /> installation upon execution of a"Grant and Acceptance of Limited Use Agreement;" and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council makes no claims or guarantees regarding the <br /> ability of the Applicant to obtain a building permit for a residential dwelling upon said parcel nor <br /> does execution of said agreement constitute an implicit approval of any requested building permits. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> authorizes the execution of a"Grant and Acceptance of Limited Use Agreement" in a form <br /> acceptable to the Applicant and the City. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Applicant shall be responsible for recording the <br /> "Grant and Acceptance of Limited Use Agreement" with Ramsey County prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits for the above-described parcel. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of October, 1999. <br /> Dan Coughlin, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Charles S.
