She <br /> 48 explained that the applicant,MSP Real Estate;is requesting approval of a development plan for property <br /> 49 located at Highway 10 and Eastwood Road(approximately 3.7 acres);. This site contains an existing <br /> 50 apartment development on"the weeisside'.of the property consI ting of 40 units."The proposal is to add 16 <br /> III51 rental townhome s on three vacant lots to the east of Red Oak,Apartments. Of vacant lots,two are <br /> 52 privately held and one is owned by'the City(on the corner of Eastwood Road and Highway 10). She <br /> 53 explained that the City'purchased the ) <br /> property to address a problem with house on the corgerof <br />
