PEER prides itself on keeping abreast of the continually changing <br /> regulatory environment. <br /> PEER's experienced personnel have managed lead based paint related projects from start to finish <br /> including: building surveys; development of O&M plans; preparation of bid specifications; acting <br /> as general contractor, selection of abatement subcontractors; preparation of State and Federal <br /> notifications; scheduling; abatement oversight; air monitoring; project documentation; and follow- <br /> up reporting. <br /> PEER has experience in RCRA compliance issues for Hazardous Waste Generators and <br /> Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility Owners/Operators. Personnel have prepared and <br /> implemented RCRA Closure Plans and ground water monitoring plans. In addition,personnel have <br /> assisted facilities in obtaining RCRA Part B permits, identifying potential areas of non-compliance <br /> and developing plans to insure that RCRA compliance is maintained. <br />
