The City of <br /> Arden Hills has agreed to take the lead in this endeavor. However, we need the <br /> commitment of support from the other cities and the school district before we expend <br /> any funds. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council passed a resolution that supports developing the concept <br /> plan and having Arden Hills take the lead role. We would like all of the participating <br /> parties to pass a similar resolution. If it is not possible to get this item on your agenda <br /> within the next week or two, please send me a letter of support. The letter and <br /> resolution should support the idea of a joint facility (location undetermined at this time) <br /> and commit to reimburse Arden Hills for a portion of the money expended to develop <br /> concept plans. Our resolution states that the concept plan at this time would not exceed <br /> $10,000. Thus, each party would be responsible for a maximum of$2,000. <br /> Please call me at 633-5676 if you have any questions. I would like to get started on <br /> this, but I cannot start until I have a commitment from all cities.
