Full public notice has been <br /> provided for the April 27, 1998 meeting. The application was accepted on March 17, 1998. The <br /> 60 day approval period expires on May 17, 1998 unless extended. <br /> Project Summary: <br /> The site in question is located at 2430 Highway 10. The 26.03 acre site is triangular in shape and <br /> is bounded by Highway 10, Long Lake Road, and County Road H2. The property is owned by <br /> the O'Neil family and is under contract for purchase and development by Anthony Properties <br /> Management. Anthony Properties Management will have a ground lease for the development and <br /> will purchase the property upon the death of Mrs. O'Neil. The developer is proposing to <br /> construct a 63,000 square foot 15-screen 2188-seat movie theater,three 11,000 square foot one- <br /> story office buildings, a 5000 square foot restaurant, and a 6400 square foot retail/restaurant <br /> building. The movie theater would be operated by Carmike Theaters. <br /> An 8.25 acre wetland would remain undeveloped on the site. Total green space on the site after <br /> development would be 16.73 acres which is 64.3 % of the total site area. Impervious area <br /> including parking areas and buildings would comprise 9.3 acres or 35.7 % of the total site area. <br /> Parking for a total of 776 cars is provided on the site. 82 parking stalls are shown for the <br /> restaurant site, 49 parking stalls are provided for the retail site, 548 parking stalls are provided <br /> for the theater, and 97 parking stalls are provided for the office buildings. Joint use of the theater <br /> and office parking is indicated because offsetting hours. <br />
