Copy of lviPCA NPDES permit application. <br /> 5. Cash surety in the amount of$3,700. This Surety will be kept through final inspection to <br /> assure erosion control measures remain current as shown in plan and also for compliance <br /> with other permit requirements. Applicant's check is acceptable. <br /> This Board action is in effect 15 days from date of notice. After 5-7-98, it reverts to a TABLE <br /> status. If this occurs, the application must come back before the Board. Submittal deadline date <br /> for 5-27-98 permit meeting is 5-14-98.
