RESOLUTION NO. 5209 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK ADMINISTRATOR <br /> TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF THE CITY A SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> WITH WAI CONTINUUM FOR A WETLANDS DELINEATIONS STUDY <br /> FOR THE MOUNDS VIEW COMMUNITY CENTER PROPERTY <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has had WAI Continuum developing plans for a <br /> Mounds View Community Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has had a services agreement dated April 9, 1997 with WAI <br /> Continuum for their architectural services for this project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the services agreement did not include a wetlands delineation report; and <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined a wetland likely exists on the Community Center <br /> property to the east of the existing building in an area otherwise to be used for parking; and <br /> WHEREAS, the delineation of this wetland is necessary to facilitate final site plan <br /> development; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br /> that the City Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk Administrator to sign on behalf of the City a <br /> supplemental services agreement for wetlands delineation report for the Mounds View <br /> Community Center property with WAI Continuum at their personnel hourly rate schedule per <br /> Addendum 1 of the April 9, 1997 services agreement for hourly rates not to exceed a total of <br /> $4,650 for the report per the January 20, 1998 letter of WAI Continuum to Clerk Administrator <br /> Whiting. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of January, 1998. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor Duane McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk Administrator Charles S.
