Second Reading of Ordinance No.609,Authorizing the City Council of the City of Mounds View to 14 set water rates and surcharges effective with the January 1998 billings. 15 16 1. Public Hearing: Mayor McCarty opened the Public Hearing at 7:10 p.m. There were no questions or 17 comments from the public and Mayor McCarty closed the Public Hearing at 7:11 p.m. 18 19 2. Second Reading: Mr.Whiting read the new billing rates for each property class. 20 21 3.
