'72 <br /> RESOLUTION NO.5284 <br /> ADOPTING THE 1999 BUDGETS FOR FUNDS OTHER THAN THE GENERAL FUND <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> County of Ramsey <br /> State of Minnesota <br /> Councilor introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> WHEREAS,the City prepared and made available detailed budgets and published summary information on <br /> the 1999 Budgets for funds other than the general fund in the City newsletter; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has considered said budgets. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Mounds View that the <br /> following appropriations for the calendar year 1999 are hereby approved: <br /> FUND: Amount <br /> Water $1,262,776 <br /> Wastewater 1,376,340 <br /> Golf 923,003 <br /> Cable TV 72,845 <br /> DARE 2,100 <br /> Forfeiture 3,000 <br /> Economic Development 923,710 <br /> Recreation Activity 192,583 <br /> Recycling grant 25,670 <br /> Special Project 100,500 <br /> Street Lighting 65,700 <br /> Surface Water 80,425 <br /> Vehicle&equipment 54,000 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that Attachment A,the 1999 budget and long term financial plan detail, is <br /> hereby incorporated with and included as part of this resolution. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilor and the roll being <br /> call,the following vote was recorded: <br /> Voting Aye: Councilors. <br /> Voting Nay: . <br /> Not Voting: . <br /> Whereas said resolution was declared to have been duly passed and adopted this 14th day of December, 1998. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Administrator <br />
