RESOLUTION NO. 5290 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A TELECOMMUNICATIONS BID FOR CITY HALL, <br /> COMMUNITY CENTER AND Y2K UPGRADE <br /> WHEREAS, the staff has charted, assessed and determined a need for a new <br /> telecommunications system for city hall, community center and Y2K Upgrade; and <br /> WHEREAS, Action Systems has submitted a proposal that meets the criteria in <br /> the RFP for a telephone system; and <br /> WHEREAS, City Council determines that Action Systems, Comdial Telephone <br /> System is the most cost effective alternative to the city's current telephone system; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Mounds <br /> View approves Action Systems to install, program and provide training on the <br /> Comdial telephone system, for the cost of$ 42,592.15. <br /> Adopted this 14th day of December, 1998 <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor, Duane McCarty <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City-Clerk Administrator, Charles S.
