H2- <br /> Budget Liquor - 2577 Highway 10- <br /> Murzyn Liquor - 2740 Highway 10- <br /> On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor <br /> Donatelle's - 2400 Highway 10- <br /> Robert's Off 10 - 2400 County Rd. H2- <br /> Mermaid, Inc. - 2200 Highway 10- <br /> Staff has completed the following investigations regarding the renewal of the licenses: <br /> ✓ Report from the Utility Department indicated that all utilities are paid to date. <br /> ✓ Current information regarding the status of property taxes indicates that Network <br /> Liquors is delinquent in the payment of their property taxes. The other businesses have <br /> paid their property taxes to date. <br /> ✓ Report from the Police Department which indicated that there were no incidents which <br /> would prevent any of the above licenses from being renewed, with the exception of <br /> Murzyn's Liquor (see attached report). <br /> ✓ Report from Mark Bishop, Fire Marshall, indicated that all six businesses were in <br /> compliance. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends that the licenses listed above be approved <br /> contingent upon receipt of the application, insurance, check, and payment of delinquent <br /> property taxes. Please see Chief Ramacher's memo regarding Murzyn's Liquor. <br />
