The dimensions of the existing garage are 14 feet by 20 feet for an area of 280 <br /> square feet. To replace the existing garage, the applicant is constructing a new two-car garage <br /> and breezeway area attached to the house. The area of the parcel on which the house and garage <br /> are situated is approximately 12,630 square feet, or 0.29 acres.
