4.0 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: <br /> In order to considered by the city,ten(10) copies of a submittal at an 8 1/2" by 11" size <br /> must be submitted. Folded 11" by 17" plans are also acceptable. Proposals must include <br /> the following: <br /> 4.1 Identification of the development team including architect, engineer, landscape <br /> architect, general contractor, equity partners, lenders, legal counsel, and others. <br /> The name, address, phone, and fax number of a contact person should be listed. <br /> 4.2 Development team experience and qualifications. <br /> 4.3 List of comperable projects <br /> 4.4 Finance plan description of the amount and type of security or performance bond <br /> offered, and projected market value of the project. <br /> 4.5 Land bid on a total and per square foot basis for the city-owned parcel. <br /> 4.6 Development schedule. <br /> 4.7 Concept plans including site plan, image sketches (perspectives,photos, elevation <br /> drawings, etc.), description of exterior materials and landscaping concept. <br /> 4.8 A deposit in the amount of$5,000. This deposit will be refunded to developers if <br /> they are not selected.
