A Good news for Mounds View homeowners with homes built prior to 1965 The City of Mounds View has recently been approved for participation in the Community Fix-up Fund program offered through by the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency(MHFA).The Community Fix-up Fund is a joint effort between the City of Mounds,Western Bank and The Center for Energy and the Environment(CEE). Funding support is provided by the MHFA.These below market rate loans have an annual percentage rate that is based on projected household income—the lower the income, the lower rate. Qualifying Mounds View homeowners must have a home built prior to 1965 and have an adjusted household income of$69,920 or less.
