Mr. Sype indicated that Sysco would be willing to <br /> contribute $5,000.00 to the construction of the signal. Mr. Sype would also request the City of <br /> Mounds View pursue the addition of the right turn lane shown on the plan as "possible future <br /> right turn lane". Staff agrees with this request and did speak with John Grey of SEH. John will <br /> speak with Anoka County regarding this issue. <br /> Staff seeks Council direction in participating in the signal project. This project should qualify for <br /> MSA funding for Mounds View's share.
