The committee <br /> • has requested permission to sell 3-2 beer in a confined area for individuals 21 and over. Sale <br /> would begin after 12:00 noon on the day of the event. The "Beer Garden" would be estab- <br /> lished in the following manner: <br /> .1. A canopy would be erected as the designated "Beer Garden". <br /> 2. The area would be fenced in and no beer consumption would be allowed outside that area. <br /> 3. Before anyone is allowed to enter the fenced in area, their identification would be checked <br /> by experienced security staff(provided by the Mermaid). Those of age would have their <br /> hands stamped or be given a wrist band to indicate they are of age. NO ONE WILL BE <br /> ALLOWED TO PURCHASE BEER WITHOUT IT. <br /> 4. Security staff will make sure patrons stay within the "Beer Garden" while consuming beer. <br /> No one will be allowed to become intoxicated or beligerent. Anyone causing problems will <br /> be escorted out of the park. We do not anticipate any problems but are approaching this <br /> with caution. <br /> 5.
