APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A. Regular Meetings of February 9, 1998. <br /> Council member Stigney noted two changes to the minutes. Page 3,Line 9 should include the number of <br /> man hours to clean the city's sanitary sewer system. Additionally,Line 14 should be changed to read"not <br /> eligible to retire until 2000." <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Koopmeiners to approve the Minutes of the February 23, 1998 City Council <br /> Meeting AS AMENDED. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> • 4.
