Complementing Barry will be Patrick <br /> Peters, a Senior Land Use Planner with substantial community planning expertise. • <br /> Mr. Peters' recent experience includes redevelopment glagaiagaimareakiymEgaulasnd <br /> and corridor land use planning for the TH 610 corridor while serving as Brooklyn Park <br /> Director of Planning. <br /> Rodger Skare, Assistant Vice President of Towle's Appraisal/Consultation Services, is <br /> available to assist the City with creating a market overview of Section 9 as an optional <br /> task. Mr. Skare has 12 years of experience. Bob Thistle, Project Manager at Springsted <br /> Public Finance Advisors, will as an optional task investigate potential public finance <br /> alternatives available to the City for implementation of the Highway 10 vision. <br /> We are genuinely excited by the opportunities proposed by the Section 9/Highway 10 <br /> corridor area.
