Research and identify contaminated sites; pursue funding sources for their <br /> redevelopment and ensure the maximum usage to support quality development. <br /> ARTICLE III. DEFINITIONS <br /> Section 1. For purposes of this agreement the terms defined in this Article have the <br /> meanings given them. <br /> Section 2. "Agreement" means this agreement. <br /> Section 3. "Board" means the Board of Directors created by Article III. <br /> Section 4. "Director" means a director or alternate director appointed under Article III of <br /> this agreement. <br /> Section 5. "Governing body" means the City Council or other governing body of a <br /> member. <br /> • <br /> Section 6. "Governmental unit" means a home rule city, a statutory city, a housing and <br /> redevelopment authority, or an economic development authority. <br /> Section 7. "Member" means a governmental unit which is a party to this agreement and is <br /> in compliance with and in good standing under this agreement. <br /> Section 8. The I-3SW Corridor Coalition means the organization established by this <br /> agreement. <br /> ARTICLE IV. MEMBERSHIP <br /> Section 1. Any governmental unit bordering the I-35W Corridor, north of and including <br /> Minneapolis, is eligible to be a member of the I-35W Corridor Coalition. <br /> Section 2. The initial members of the I-35W Corridor Coalition are the cities of Arden <br /> Hills, Blaine,Minneapolis, Mounds View,New Brighton, Roseville, and Shoreview. <br /> Section 3. A governmental unit other than initial members desiring to be a member of the <br /> I-35W Corridor Coalition may do so by executing and delivering copy Py of this agreement and 4110 <br /> complying with its terms.
