BUDGET IMPACT <br /> Personnel: <br /> 11111 Personnel in this program consist of the following: <br /> • Community Development Director <br /> • Building Inspector <br /> • Planning Associate/Code Enforcement Officer <br /> • Engineering Aide <br /> • Housing Inspector <br /> • Department Secretary <br /> Following the completion of the Housing Stock Analysis in March of 1995, the City Council took the <br /> final step towards housing rehabilitation in the City by hiring a full-time Housing Inspector to implement <br /> programs and recommendations outlined in the study. With the hire of this inspector, the Community <br /> Development Department has the service areas of: planning, housing, code enforcement, building <br /> inspection and engineering adequately covered by employees. <br /> No additional staff is anticipated in the near future. <br /> B. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> Capital equipment projections are included in the Capital Equipment Plan. <br /> 4, C. CAPITAL BUDGET <br /> Funding for all capital equipment will be through the General Fund. <br />
