City Council Resolution No. 5049 <br /> December 9, 1996 <br /> Page 2 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council <br /> recommends approval of the minor subdivision request from Larry Beach, as owner of 7532 Silver <br /> Lake Road and representing the property owners of 7540 Silver Lake Road, with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant shall provide the City with a park dedication fee in the amount of <br /> $100 per Code requirements in Section 1204.02. <br /> 2. The applicant shall record the signed drainage and utility easement documents with <br /> Ramsey County within sixty(60) days of final adoption, and present proof of such <br /> recording to the City of Mounds View, or the approval of this minor subdivision <br /> shall be null and void. <br /> Adopted this 9th day of December, 1996. <br /> Jerome Linke, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> • Charles S.
