SUBJECT TO DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br /> EASEMENTS OVER THE NORTH 5 FEET,EAST 10 FEET, AND WEST 38 FEET <br /> THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, the legal description of 7540 Silver Lake Road is currently(prior to the <br /> • <br /> proposed subdivision)as follows: <br /> ALL THAT PART OF LOT 3,BLOCK 1,DAILY KNOLLS,RAMSEY <br /> COUNTY,MINNESOTA,LYING SOUTH OF THE NORTH 50 FEET THEREOF. <br /> SUBJECT TO DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS OVER THE WEST 30 FEET <br /> AND THE SOUTH 5 FEET THEREOF. <br /> WHEREAS, a notarized letter of agreement have been received from William and Joanne <br /> Culbert indicating consent to this minor subdivision;and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor subdivision and <br /> determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1201, 1202, 1104 and 1204 of the municipal <br /> Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a sketch plan showing the minor subdivision;and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has provided the City with revised utility and drainage easement <br /> documents for 7532 and 7540 Silver Lake Road. <br /> • <br />
