lINT ER
OFFMEMO
ICE
To: Mayor and City Council
.
From: Pamela Sheldon, Community Development Director
Subject: Everest Development,Ltd;Building N I
Planning Case No. 469-96
Date: December 16, 1996
The applicant and staff are asking that this item be tabled, and not acted upon at your meeting this
evening. The applicant wants to wait until the negotiations with the City on awarding TIF dollars
to Building N are closer to a conclusion before deciding whether to ask for re-approval of the
plat. In addition, there are some documents which will be needed from the applicant before action
on the re-approval is scheduled. These include an application form and fees, development
agreement for the public improvements along the Program Avenue street frontage, and possibly a
document vacating the easements which conflict with the new lot lines.
Therefore, we are asking that this item be tabled. It will be rescheduled when all of these items
are ready.
•
