Consideration of Pleasantview Drive Assessment. <br /> Mike Ulrich, Public Works Director, explained that this item was tabled at the June 24, 1996 because there <br /> were some questions in regard to the assessment. He attempted to clarify some of the questions that were <br /> brought up at the June 24th meeting, in regard to the interest,the reasons for the delays in the assessment <br /> of the project, and how many people were involved in the plans and specifications for the project. <br /> Ms. Trude stated she felt the main question was why there was just a one year interest assessment rather <br /> • than over the life of the five year assessment. <br />
