ITEM 7A <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4990 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION TO ROGER KOOPMEINERS <br /> WHEREAS, Roger Koopmeiniers began his employment with the City of Mounds View <br /> Police Department January 13, 1972 through July 31, 1996; and <br /> WHEREAS, his dedication and committment to the Police Department has benefited the <br /> residents, community and organization; and <br /> WHEREAS, Roger represented Police personnel as steward representative for Mounds <br /> View's Police Union; and <br /> WHEREAS, Roger's experience and knowledge has proven to be an asset to the City in <br /> several areas; and <br /> WHEREAS, Roger's character and personality will be missed by staff and community <br /> • members. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council on behalf of the residents <br /> and staff of the City of Mounds View does hereby recognize and appreciate Roger Koopmeiners <br /> service and dedication to the City of Mounds View. <br /> Adopted this twelfth day of August, 1996. <br /> City Administrator <br /> Mayor Linke Council Member Hankner <br /> Council Member Blanchard Council Member Quick <br /> Council Member Trude <br />
