All departments have been pulled in several directions <br /> during the tenure of staff departures and replacements. The Finance and Community Development <br /> departments have shown exceptional effort to do whatever is required to get to job. These efforts are <br /> appreciated and recognized by staff and City Council. <br /> appreciation to these two departments, August 14, 1996 has been declared as Community Development <br /> y and August 20, 1996 declared as Finance Day.
