• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4989 <br /> 111 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION AND RECOGNITION <br /> TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND DECLARING AUGUST 20, 1996 <br /> AS FINANCE DAY IN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> WHEREAS, the Finance Department deserves special recognition from the <br /> governing body and the employees of Mounds View for their committed service to <br /> the Community Development Department and the City of Mounds View; and <br /> WHEREAS, the exceptional quality service has continued to be provided to <br /> residents and customers throughout the transitional period with changing City <br /> staff; and <br /> WHEREAS, the extra hours worked to get the job completed and the <br /> • willingness to take on new responsibilities has been beneficial to the entire <br /> organization; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View, on behalf of the elected officials, employees and citizens, <br /> appreciation and gratitude is hereby extended to the Finance Department for their <br /> devotion to the City of Mounds View. <br /> Mayor Linke <br /> Councilmember Hankner Councilmember Blanchard <br /> Councilmember Quick Councilmember Trude <br /> Clerk-Administrator Whiting <br />
