RESOLUTION NO. 4988 <br /> i <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION AND RECOGNITION TO THE <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT AND <br /> DECLARING AUGUST 14, 1996 AS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DAY IN <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> WHEREAS, the Community Development Department deserves special <br /> recognition from the governing body and the employees of Mounds View for their <br /> committed service to the Community Development Department and the City of <br /> Mounds View; and <br /> WHEREAS, the exceptional quality service has continued to be provided to <br /> residents and customers throughout the transitional period with changing City <br /> staff; and <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS, the extra hours worked to get the job completed and the <br /> willingness to take on new responsibilities has been beneficial to the entire <br /> organization; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View, on behalf of the elected officials, employees and citizens, <br /> appreciation and gratitude is hereby extended to the Community Development <br /> Department for their devotion to the City of Mounds View. <br /> • <br /> Mayor Linke <br /> Councilmember Hankner Councilmember Blanchard <br /> Councilmember Quick Councilmember Trude <br /> 110 <br /> Clerk Administrator Whiting <br />
