City for the costs of <br /> abatement, including administrative costs pursuant to Mounds View Municipal Code § 607.08 <br /> Subd. 3; and <br /> WHEREAS, if William Pearson does not pay the costs of abatingthenuisance <br /> code <br /> violations within 30 days after the date of the bill, the City may certify the unpaid costs or <br /> special assessments against the Property pursuant to Mounds View Municipal Code § 607,08 <br /> Subd. 4. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. The City will abate the following nuisance code violations on the Property immediately: <br /> a) Iarge wood accumulations that are not stacked; <br /> b) automobile parts and doors scattered on the Property; <br /> c) garbage bag accumulations; and <br /> • d) abandoned and junk vehicles with expired xp license plates(license numbers Magoo- <br /> 1, 220 JXH, 129 EKW, 869 EZE, 763 EVN), as well as additional abandoned and <br /> junk vehicles that either do not have valid and current license plates or are in <br /> inoperable condition. <br /> 2. William Pearson will be personally liable to the City for the costs of abatement, including <br /> administrative costs. <br /> 3.
