j <br /> RESOLUTION NO.4978 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT RE <br /> EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH,5472 ADAMS STREET, <br /> ST OF CROSS OF GLORY <br /> WHEREAS, Cross of Glory Evangelical LTREET,PLANNING CASE NO.449-96 <br /> 6,166 square foot addition to the existing5472an Church,has requested City a rovai to construct a <br /> Church at 5472 Adams Street;and pP <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 1006 of the Mounds View Municipal Code requires that <br /> a development review be <br /> conducted for this and similar proposals;and <br /> development� S'the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents regarding <br /> proposal: <br /> this <br /> 1. Planning Application dared June 11, 1996 <br /> • <br /> 2. Site Plan dated June 10, 1996 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the proposal is in <br /> conformance with all <br /> applicable requirements of Title 1100. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council recommends approval <br /> of the development review request,contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. Cross of GIory Evangelical Lutheran Church enter into a development <br /> agreement with the City of Mounds View. <br /> 2. The proposed building be designed and main <br /> building appearance with the existing structure, ed to provide a uniform <br /> 3. The proposed fourteen parking spaces along the north of the existin <br /> Parking area be phased in as needed,based on demand, g <br /> 4. In Iieu of a fire suppression system,a fire detection and al <br /> place for the existing building and new construction. arm system be in <br /> 5. Landscaping,as-approved by the City Forester, be completed on the <br /> property. <br /> 6.
