RESOLUTION NO. 4976 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST FOR AN EXPANSION TO THE EXISTING FACI , <br /> BY CROSS OF GLORY EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH AN OVERSIZED <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 449-96 ' 5472 ADAMS STREET,,TY <br /> WHEREAS, the property is currently zoned R-1, Single Family <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View. Municipal Code allows for Residential District; and <br /> churches in a zone district with <br /> the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that the expansion proposal is in <br /> conformance with the requirements of the Title 1100 of the Municipal Code. <br /> City Council approves the. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Conditional Use Permit with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The conditional use permit be recorded with Ramsey County <br /> Council approval, and a receipt of such recording shall be row within <br /> to days City City <br /> Mounds View. <br /> the of <br /> 2. The building be designed and maintained to provide a uniform <br /> appearance with the dwelling unit. building <br /> 3. The proposed fourteen parking spaces along the north of the <br /> be phased in as needed, based on demand. existing Parking area <br /> 4. Adequate fire suppression sprinkler systems are in place for <br /> the existing building. the new addition and <br /> 5. Landscaping, as approvedby <br /> the City Forester, be completed on the property. <br /> 6. A drainage plan be submitted and approved by the Municipal Engineer. <br /> 7.
