RESOLUTION NO. 4971 <br /> • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRING OF DIANE CLYNE AS <br /> RECEPTIONIST/SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR <br /> WHEREAS, Diane Clyne applied for the position of Receptionist/Switchboard Operator <br /> as advertised by the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Diane Clyne was judged-by the-interview panel to be the best qualified <br /> candidate for the position; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Clyne has met the criteria and is qualified for the position as outlined in <br /> the position announcement and position description; and <br /> WHEREAS, her education and past work experience indicates she has the knowledge, <br /> skills and abilities to perform the job tasks and duties of Receptionist/Switchboard Operator; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the interview panel recommend the <br /> hire of Diane Clyne for the position of Receptionist/Switchboard Operator effective, July 24, • <br /> 1996 starting at Step 1 of the 1996 Compensation Schedule. <br /> Adopted this 15th day of July, 1996. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor Linke <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Chuck Whiting, City Administrator <br /> • <br />
