STAFF REPORT FOR RESOLUTION NO. 4966 <br /> PLANNING CASE REPORT NO. 447-96 • <br /> JUNE 24, 1996 <br /> PAGE TWO OF TWO <br /> SEH, the Mounds View Engineering Consultant, has reviewed the plans and has stated the plans <br /> are acceptable, pending Rice Creek Watershed approval. This expansion does require Rice Creek <br /> Watershed Approval since the property exceeds 2.5 acres in size. <br /> The Planning Commission reviewed this request and recommended approval of the development <br /> in Resolution No. 455-96 at the June 19, 1996 meeting. <br /> Section 1006.06 of the Municipal Code requires a development contract which sets forth all of the <br /> terms, conditions, agreements, guarantees and plans for the orderly development of said land to <br /> be entered into between the developer and the Municipality before final approval of any expansion <br /> or improvements of said land. Staff is working with Attorney Long to draft a development <br /> agreement for this proposal and will have a copy of the agreement for you Monday, June 24, <br /> 1996. <br /> All materials received with this application are included for your review and consideration.
