WaterPro was here this week making repairs
and replacements so Dorothy had some more adjustments for data-entry. She is preparing
to go on vacation next week. Since Michele was one of the backups for doing the cash
drawer deposit, Dorothy is training Kitty in that duty.
• Besides learning how to handle the daily deposit from the cash drawer, Kitty is processing
payrolls and accounts payable.
• I am back from a wonderful vacation in Wyoming; visiting relatives in Jackson and
sightseeing. Kitty and Dorothy were very kind and did not present me with a pile of work
when I returned. I am filling out forms for the State Auditor and GFOA. The budget
process is moving along
Mary T.
PUBLIC WORKS
• The Streets Department crack sealed last week.
• All of Public Works Maintenance (including seasonals)participated in a safety meeting on
June 19.
