• Kathy Bednar is on vacation this week,moving in to her new house in Blaine. The Chief <br /> will be gone Thursday and Friday,visiting Robb in Illinois. <br /> COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> • Jennifer Bergman appeared in Court on Friday, June 07, 1996 for a hearing against Soji <br /> Agboola for Municipal Code violations at the 2091 Hillview property in Mounds View. <br /> The Judge ordered all immediate hazards, specifically, all basement repairs that are needed, <br /> be corrected within two weeks. If the repairs are not corrected by the Friday, June 21, <br /> 1996, the Judge will appoint an administrator to collect rents and hire a contractor to make <br /> all necessary repairs. Mr. Agboola was informed by the Court that he is required to obtain <br /> a permit prior to starting any work on the building. <br /> • We, in Community Development, wish Michele relaxation and best wishes in her new and <br /> exciting ventures!!! We will all miss her very much!!!! <br /> • Barb Benesch is on vacation with her family until Monday, June 24, 1996. <br /> • I attended a community focus group on Planning Our Community for the Future on June <br /> 13, 1996. It was an interesting focus group, utilizing an electronic audience response <br /> system during the discussion to gauge our groups response to various attributes to <br /> questions. <br /> • Jim Hess arrived back from a fishing vacation(where else??). He was fortunate enough to <br /> have great weather and good fishing. <br /> • The Community Development Department is excited at the possibility of things getting <br /> back to normal (what's that?) with the addition of a new Community Development <br /> Director within the department!!! <br /> Joyce <br />
