The Met Council does not require a
resolution for the Action Plan but after speaking with a staff member from the Met Council, they strongly
recommend one.
The majority of the data for the Action Plan was taken directly from the Comprehensive Housing Stock
Analysis conducted in 1994. In addition, I have included information that was required to be placed in the
Action Plan on the City's intentions on working on the housing stock. I have included all programs that we
are currently running such as the Housing Replacement Program, the First Time Homebuyers program and our
housing inspection program.
If there are any questions regarding this report, don't hesitate to call me.
Y.
L e Ter : -•gman, Hotting Inspector
IkCOMMENDATION: Pass Resolution No. 4961 in support of the Housing Action Plan for the Livable
mmunities Act.
