RESOLUTION NO. 4961 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW • <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE HOUSING ACTION PLAN REQUIRED BY THE <br /> METROPOLITAN COUNCIL FOR THE LIVABLE COMMUNITIES ACT <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View is a participant in the Livable Communities <br /> Act and submitted a resolution in support to the Metropolitan Council; and, <br /> WHEREAS, The City of Mounds View fulfilled the second step of the Livable <br /> Communities Act by submitting housing goals to the Metropolitan Council; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the next requirement of the Livable Communities Act is to provide <br /> the Metropolitan Council with our Action Plan determining how we will fulfill our housing <br /> goals; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Housing Action Plan has been completed for the City of Mounds <br /> View. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View supports the Housing Action Plan that will be submitted to the <br /> Metropolitan Council for the Livable Communities Act. <br /> ATTEST <br /> Mayor Linke <br /> (SEAL) <br /> City Clerk-Administrator <br /> Chuck Whiting <br /> • <br /> S <br />
