An agreement to purchase the 7775 Spring Lake Road property has been made between Larry Beach <br /> etd the legal owner of the property, Mrs. Carlson. The request, if approved, would allow for the subdivision <br /> an existing 1.73 acre parcel into two (2) lots. The attached Certificate of Survey provides a visual depiction <br /> of the request. The application as submitted meets the general requirements as outlined in Title 1200 <br /> "Subdivision Plats and Procedures" of the Municipal Code.
