As you may note, a garage is existing on <br /> Parcel B within 3.2 feet of the side property line, and a shed is within two feet of the side yard <br /> property line. The easement will be recorded noting five feet from the side and property line. If <br /> the garage or shed on the property was to be torn down or enlarged, these structures will need to <br /> be located outside the required setbacks and applicable easements. <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed this request and recommended approval to <br /> the City Council in Resolution No. 450-96 (copy attached). Staff has attached all materials <br /> received as a part of this application for your review. Also included for your consideration is <br /> Resolution No. 4957 approving the request. <br /> • <br />
