ORDINANCE NO. 5809 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY2 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA / <br /> AN INANCE AMENDING SECTION 306.05, SUBDIVISION 1.a./OF THE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNDS VIEW, ENTITLED / <br /> "VACATIONS AND HOLIDAYS" <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CItYOF MOUNDS VIEW DOES HEREBY'ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION I. Chapter 306.05, "LegaiHolidays" is hereby amended by adding the following: <br /> 306.05: LEGAL HOLIDAYS: <br /> Subd. 1. Legal Holidays Designated: <br /> a. The following shall be legal holidays for all regular full-time employees and <br /> regular part-time employees on a pro rata basis subject to this Title: New Year's <br /> Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday(third Monday in January); President's Day,- 410 <br /> Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, <br /> Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, four(4) hours Christmas Eve Day, <br /> Christmas Day, fours (4) hours New Year's Eve Day.. <br /> SECTION II.
