OF THE MOUNDS <br /> VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED <br /> "VACATIONS AND HOLIDAYS" <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br /> SECTION I. Chapter 306.05, "Legal Holidays" is hereby amended by adding the following: <br /> 306.05: LEGAL HOLIDAYS: <br /> • <br /> Subd. 1. Legal Holidays Designated: <br /> a. The following shall be legal holidays for all regular full-time employees and <br /> regular part-time employees on a pro rata basis subject to this Title: New Year's <br /> Day, Martin Luther King's Birthday (third Monday in January), President's Day,- <br /> • Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, <br /> Thanksgiving Day,Day after Thanksgiving, four(4) hours Christmas Eve Day, <br /> Christmas Day, and four(4) hours New Year's Eve Day in years where the eves <br /> falls on Monday,Tuesday. Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. <br /> SECTION II.
