• Mike Kampa had his second operation on his shoulder. They found three more things <br /> wrong that they repaired. He is doing well. <br /> • Darrell Meyer, our new officer, will be starting on March 12, 1996. He will ride with <br /> different officers for a week or so and then will start his training program with Officer <br /> Chambers. <br /> • The second trimester of D.A.R.E. has come to an end at Edgewood Middle School. The <br /> graduation was last week. <br /> • As winter lingers on, our domestic calls seem to be increasing. Last weekend we had <br /> numerous domestic calls. <br /> • Pat went to a computer meeting with New Brighton, Roseville and Ramsey County this <br /> week. They are meeting to establish activity codes so all those involved in the new <br /> computer system with the County will be using the same codes. <br /> Dave Brick <br /> COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT <br /> • Jim Hess is happy to report the file server is up and running!! <br /> • Church Upon the Rock/Northside Christian School has requested the <br /> Planning Commission table their CUP extension request for temporary <br /> structures on their property until April 03, 1996. The Church is <br /> requesting the item be tabled in order to comply with the Planning <br /> Commission's request to investigate more efficient space utilization inside the <br /> Church in order to open up more capacity for classrooms. <br /> • The seminar, by the Minnesota Housing Partnership, Jennifer Bergman <br /> attended last week provided great examples of how to deal with dilapidated four- <br /> plexes. Consultants and other cities provided suggestions on how to improve <br /> this type of housing stock. <br /> • Last, but not least, Rick Jarson's two-year old, Becca, has learned to count to <br /> ten!!! <br /> Joyce <br />
