Resolution No. 4844 adopted by the City Council on November 13, 1996 authorized <br /> staff to procure engineering proposals. The removal of the pond at this location is necessary for the proposed <br /> bridge location. Proposals for the services rendered are as follows: <br /> III BRW Inc. $7,620.00 <br /> SEH $6,900.00 <br /> The resolution adopted, did not specify a source of funding for these services or construction engineering, and <br /> construction expenses.
