RESOLUTION NO. 442-96 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY 411 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST BY LINDER'S GREENHOUSES, <br /> MOUNDS VIEW SQUARE, PLANNING CASE NO. 435-95 <br /> WHEREAS, Pete Under, representing Linden's Greenhouses, has requested City <br /> approval to conduct open and outdoor sales at Mounds View Square Shopping Center, and <br /> WHEREAS, the open and outdoor sales would take the form of a temporary <br /> greenhouse facility on the site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Municipal Code allows open and outdoor sales in a <br /> 8-4, Regional Business with the issuance of a conditional use permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the following documents <br /> regarding this proposal: <br /> a) Site plan dated December 19, 1995 <br /> b) Letter of request dated December 15, 1995 <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined that thero osal is in 111 <br /> P P <br /> conformance with the requirements of the Municipal Code, specifically Title 1100. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning <br /> Commission recommends approval of the conditional use permit with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The facility shall be allowed to operate from March 20, 1996 to July <br /> 15, 1996 <br /> 2. The hours of operation of the facility shall not exceed 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission directs staff to forward <br /> this resolution to the City Council prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 7th day of January, 1996. <br /> Attest: <br /> Chairperson <br /> (Seal) <br /> Planning Associate • <br />
