My type of <br /> business would require a "Conditional Use Permit" as it <br /> is not one of the business types listed for use in a B-i <br /> zone district. I would like to inform you of my <br /> intentions and find out from you what I need to do to get <br /> a Conditional Use Permit. I have been directed to the <br /> Planning Commission based on phone calls and a meeting <br /> with Joyce Priutt and Paul Harrington. <br /> INFORMATION ABOUT DEVELOPMENT/RESOURCE GROUP, INC. <br /> Development/Resource Group, Inc. (DRG) was founded in <br /> 1986 as a Software and Hardware contract engineering <br /> firm. Stated simply, we hire experienced professionals <br /> and then place them with companies around the Twin Cities <br /> to assist them in project development. When I started <br /> the business I rented a small suite in a office complex <br /> in Plymouth. As the company grew and our client base <br /> became companies on the north end of the Twin Cities, I <br /> relocated in August of 1987 to 2722 Highway 694, Suite <br /> 105 in New Brighton. We rent from Innsbruck Office Park. <br /> Currently we have seven office/sales staff and employ <br /> another 53 people who work at our clients site. DRG is <br /> a C corporation owned 100% by Terry T. Malley who lives <br /> at 7840 Knoll Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota 55014.
