i <br /> DRG'S USE OF 7295 SILVER LAKE ROAD <br /> I want to purchase the building and use it for our Sales <br /> and General office. As noted we have seven people <br /> working in our office. Two Account Representatives come <br /> and go daily plus we interview somewhere between 10 and <br /> 15 candidates per week. The interviewing candidates <br /> will be our "traffic" for the building. Other than <br /> general office equipment we have no special use of <br /> equipment for our office. The current building sign <br /> space and parking space will handle our needs. <br /> We have an agreed upon Purchase Agreement from the <br /> current owner, Brichwood Realty, Inc. Our time line is <br /> to complete the purchasing transaction by January 31, <br /> 1996 and move in shortly after. Of course the Purchase <br /> is contingency on receiving a Conditional Use Permit from <br /> the City of Mounds View. <br /> • <br />
