COUNCIL BUSINESS 36 <br />A. 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing: Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance 921, 37 <br />an Ordinance Opting Out of the Requirements of Minnesota Statutes 38 <br />§462.3593, which Defines and Regulates Temporary Family Health Care 39 <br />Dwellings (ROLL CALL VOTE). 40 <br /> 41 <br />City Administrator Ericson explained Minnesota Statute 462.3593 was put in place by the State 42 <br />this year which defines and regulates temporary family health care dwellings. It was noted this 43 <br />State Statute would take effect September 1st.
